We’re a small, two-person architecture firm based in Bozeman looking for a part-time assistant to help keep our studio organized and running smoothly. This is a flexible role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to creative work — possibly a student or retired professional or someone seeking meaningful part-time hours in a calm, productive setting.
Hours: 8-10 hours per week (flexible)
Location: Bozeman
Pay: $20/hour starting and/or depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Organize digital and physical project files
Transcribe handwritten notes and sketches into project management software
Assist with scheduling, email, client coordination, and errands.
Track project deadlines and permit timelines.
Help with invoices, proposals, and general office systems.
Maintain clean file naming and organization conventions
Support both professional and occasional personal administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable using Microsoft products and learning Wrike project management software, or similar tools.
Able to read and digitize hand-written notes clearly
Professional communication skills (email, phone, client-facing)
Self-directed and comfortable working independently
Interest in design, architecture, or small business operations a plus
