-Pay scale allows for unlimited income potential with advancement. Once trade mastery is established, defined in this case by the ability to do a basic siding project without assistance or direction. A "piece work" agreement can be reached, where a percentage of each job is awarded to the installer, no cap on income, your skill level, efficiency, and drive determines your income, we have some installers making 6 figures per year.
