North 40 Outfitters is looking for a Controller to join our Home Office team in Great Falls, MT. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company. We are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self.As the Controller at North 40 Outfitters, you will lead the day-to-day accounting function and play a key role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and effectiveness of our financial operations. You will oversee financial close and reporting, general ledger activity, inventory accounting, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls across our multi-location retail organization. This role serves as an important financial partner to company leadership and store operations, requiring strong accounting expertise, sound judgment, and an understanding of the operational realities of a high-volume retail environment.This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Schedule flexibility is required based on business needs and may include periodic travel to North 40 locations or other business sites.
