North 40 Outfitters is seeking a Full-Time Salaried Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Great Falls team. This leadership role partners directly with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop team members, oversee daily store operations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.The ideal candidate is a results-driven retail leader with strong people management skills, a passion for coaching others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.As an Assistant Store Manager at North 40, you will be responsible for the customer experience and will ensure we exceed expectations. In order to succeed in the position, you will need to be an enthusiastic person who can optimistically handle a challenging and fast-paced environment.  Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a sales team of 20+ employeesDrive sales performance and execute business goalsSupport hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routinesManage freight flow, inventory, merchandising, and replenishmentEnsure store safety, security, and operational complianceDeliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfactionPartner with the Store Manager to drive results and continuously improve store performanceThis full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.  As this is a managerial position it is not uncommon to work 50+ hours a week.  This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
