This includes job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation. This role will work collaboratively with the HR team and executive leadership to ensure consistent, equitable, and effective hiring practices that align with North 40 Outfitters' mission, values, and workforce needs.This full-time, salaried position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm. This can include travel, working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
