Youth Homes is currently hiring a Lead Clinical Staff to join our mission of providing the highest quality care to youth and families. Our vision is to provide an array of services to support children and families of Western Montana, regardless of their ability to pay. Youth Homes' Lead Clinical Staff provides therapeutic interventions to youth in two Therapeutic Group Homes. The Lead Clinical Staff facilitates the adjustment, positive growth, and development of the youth through a variety of services including family support, health, psychological, community, legal and educational. Clinical support: Youth Homes provides clinical support to licensed clinicians and licensure candidates. Licensure candidates receive up to (4) hours to study for licensing test. Youth Homes will pay for continued licensure.
Time off: Vacation is important! Annual leave up to 80 hours per year and bonus leave at the rate of 32 hours or each year of employment up to a maximum accrual rate of 112 hours per year. (WOW! Almost 5 weeks of vacation total!).

Who are we looking for?
A Lead Clinical Staff to:
Provide leadership and direction in the integration of therapeutic efforts in two therapeutic group homes serving youth 12-17 years of age.
Maintain an optimal balance of care and treatment based upon each youth's needs.
Oversee and perform therapeutic service.
Serve as an effective, supportive member/leader of staff and treatment teams.
What You Need to Get the Job Done:
Applicants should have a candidate's license in State of Montana at the time of hire along with these qualifications:
A Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
At least 2 years of experience in working with high-risk children or children and youth in foster/adoptive care and their families. An ability to relate to children and families of varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
