Position: Office Manager/Bookeeper

Following is a brief job description for the stated position. This job is not limited to the following responsibilities and is subject to change at anytime.
First and most important is taking care of our customers! They will be greeted promptly.
Make deposits.
All functions of AR/AP.
Payroll and related tasks.
HR/Benefits management
Completing title work and delivering or mailing to the counties in a timely manner.
All paperwork involving dealer licenses.
Applying for all of site show permits
Any other jobs and responsibilities as may be requested by management or owner.
Other jobs and responsibilities may be assigned by management or owner and job description is subject to change at anytime.
