We are looking for a people person that is enthusiastic about helping people and enjoys customer service.
A willingness to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced, highly regulated industry is necessary.
Must be a self starter that is capable of staying consistent with assigned side work, and has the ability to identify cleaning tasks throughout the shift when not helping customers.
Possessing a current cannabis employment badge is a plus.
This is a full-time position that will require working weekends. Shifts are typically 8hrs, between the hours of 10a.m. - 8p.m.
Must disclose any and all criminal history.
Job Requirements:
At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to get a Montana DOR cannabis employment agent badge.

Physical:
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
Throughout extended periods, must be capable of standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, sitting, or walking throughout the workday.
Able to push, pull, or lift 40 lbs. and participate in an active workplace environment.
Skills:
Some knowledge of cannabis products and the desire to learn about our extensive product line is essential to being a great budtender.
Consistently communicate through various formats including email and phone.
Experience using POS systems, understating the importance of correctly entering sales.
Familiarity with Google suite programs is a plus.
Willingness to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the dispensary.
Ability to multitask.
