Beldi, a 45 seat restaurant in Whitefish is looking for front of house staff to wrap up the winter season and prepare for the summer season. There will be a brief closing during shoulder season in preparation for a busy summer season filled with catering, tourism/in house dining and special events.
We are a small team, so applicants must be willing to wear multiply hats through a shift, the floor of the dining room is shared amongst servers so that our guests are never feeling neglected.
Hosts will be a part time position and will include maintaining the flow and seating of guests, polishing, busing and assisting in dropping of food to tables. Host positions could turn into serving positions for the right candidates.
Assistant General manager will focus on maintaining and building relations with guests, aiding in maximizing seating capacities and turning tables, wine selections, inventory control and overseeing the waitstaff.
Our food is focused around the Mediterranean region incorporating as much local product when possible. Ideal candidates have experience in multiply styles of restaurants where the focus is always in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. Many of our guests are repeating locals, so often times the dining room will be filled with friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
