$75,000 - $85,000 annual starting wage based on experience.

Full-time position working Monday- Friday. This position participates in a weekend on-call rotating schedule (1 weekend every 3rd week).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Valid driver’s license required.
4 years’ experience in commercial or residential HVAC preferred.
Up-to-date refrigeration license (608 certified type 1 & 2).
NATE certification a bonus.
A troubleshooting mindset (not just a parts changer).
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC system operations, including airflow diagnostics.
Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics.
Professionalism that allows you to communicate effectively with clients in a timely manner.
You work well under time constraints and can ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to travel to jobsites in company-provided transportation.
You are reliable, trustworthy, and work well individually and as a team member.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-hire drug and background screening.
