Ace Heating & Air is hiring a full-time, experienced lead HVAC Installation Technician in Kalispell, Montana.
As the Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will join a thriving Residential and Commercial HVAC Contractor that values expertise, dedication, and teamwork. We seek a self-motivated Technician with a focus on retrofit and new construction projects. WHAT WE OFFER.
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Valid driver’s license required.
4 years’ field experience in commercial or residential HVAC preferred.
Ability to efficiently manage and install projects, including scheduling and training of field crews and subcontractors.
Professionalism that allows you to communicate effectively with clients in a timely manner.
You work well under time constraints and can ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to travel to jobsites in company-provided transportation.
You are reliable, trustworthy, and work well individually and as a team member.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-hire drug and background screening.
