We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks and Sous Chef's to join our companies team in Missoula!
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meals according to established recipes, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and accurately follow recipes
Perform basic knife skills with efficiency and safety
Work independently or as part of a team to prepare meals
Maintain working knowledge of sanitation and safety rules and procedures
Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
Have experience working in an industrial kitchen
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and follow recipes
Basic knife skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Working knowledge of sanitation and safety rules and procedures
Schedules will vary depending on YOUR schedule!
We are searching for full time and part time.
Hall is open 7 days a week, 730am - 10pm ; let us know what hours work best for YOU!
Weekly Pay!
Cooks start at $18.25/hr.
Sous Chefs $20.31/hr.
