1889 - Steakhouse is located in the old Mercantile Building in downtown Missoula. We are a locally owned, classic steak house, with nightly dinner service. The position offered will be mainly daytime prep shifts combined with some evening swing shifts leading into dinner service, depending on applicant's availability and experience.
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience preferably in a fine dining atmosphere, possess good knife skills, the ability to break down primal meats and fresh seafood, and be able to self-manage and work independently.
A generous $16-18 hourly wage (DOE) is supplemented by a substantial tip share program that averages an additional $4 per hour. Added benefits include a generous employee discount and free golf privileges at The Highlands Golf Club. We are closed most major holidays.
