The Keep Restaurant is a locally owned, fine dining restaurant, offering nightly dinner service. The position offered will be a combination of shifts on the cold line, plating of salads, appetizers, and desserts and some hot line shifts, working the grill and sauté stations.
Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience preferably in a fine dining atmosphere, possess good knife skills, ability to work multiple stations on both the hot line and cold line, possess an understanding of commercial kitchen safety and sanitation standards, and work well in a team environment.
Hourly wage is negotiable depending on experience, hourly pay is $16-18 per hour (DOE) supplemented by a substantial tip share program that averages an additional $4-6 per hour.
