River City Rentals, a small locally owned property management service is seeking a maintenance person to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced and dependable maintenance technician.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Changing smoke detectors / co2 detectors, minor plumbing repairs, painting, hanging blinds, installing exhaust fans, grounds keeping, reporting maintenance issues to the maintenance coordinator and providing great customer service to our clients. Some light paperwork required.
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
You must have a dependable vehicle.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM.
Paid sick leave and vacation after six months. Fuel reimbursement.
Pay is $25 / hour.
