Gatewest Management is seeking a FT Maintenance Tech. This position requires valid DL and reliable personal vehicle. Duties include basic plumbing, painting, basic electrical repairs, some landscaping, some grounds keeping, general household, apartment and commercial building maintenance and repairs. Position is mostly weekdays with occasional weekend or evening hours (snow, emergencies, on-call duties). Hourly wage DOE plus gas allowance and benefit package. Experience preferred but will train the right person for the job if qualified.
