ob Responsibilities
Maintain an efficiently ran customer service & sales focused department
Ensure department personnel are well trained and available when needed
Responsible for all ordering to ensure a fast-moving balanced inventory of Parts & Accessories
Maintain sufficient quantities of stock to support demand and an acceptable inventory turn ratio
Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for Parts & Accessories management
Maintain company procedures for ordering, receiving, displaying, and selling all merchandise
Employee sound management practices to ensure Parts & Accessories department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit
Maximize ROI on P&A inventory
Work in conjunction with marketing to develop advertising and promotional campaigns for merchandise
Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with operations manager
Securing, retaining, and procuring new vendor relationships
Position Requirements
Education:
High-school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Associates or Bachelors in business, marketing, or related (Preferred)
Experience:
RV/Marine Experience: Demonstrates the ability and eagerness to quickly learn products sold by the dealership
Parts/Inventory Management: 1 Year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 5+ Years (Preferred)
Management (Retail, Store, Team): 5+ Years (Preferred)
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead
Walk/Stand for consecutive hours in a row
Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach
