QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record
Pass physical test to access all areas of the hydro plants, including climbing ladders, access into confined and cramped wet slippery quarters and traversing rough terrain
Ability to lift and manipulate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass an employment physical, a drug test and a background check
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Operate mobile equipment including various types of mowers, and grass trimming equipment, etc.
General plant clean-up and organization
Clean and paint equipment and buildings
Use of hand tools
Weed management and removal
Operate and repair sprinklers
Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives
Temporary position, working May - September.$20.55 per hour ($21.22 effective 5/1/2025).Open until filled.
