Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Healthcare and Social Assistance industry. Located in Omaha, Nebraska, this role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with transferring data from our old electronic health record (EHR) system to our new EHR system. Responsibilities: Accurately transfer data from the old EHR system to the new EHR system Ensure all data is converted and transferred efficiently Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and organization tasks Demonstrate strong 10 Key Skills in all data entry tasks Provide excellent customer service in resolving customer inquiries Perform calculations as necessary for data entry tasks Organize files to maintain accurate customer records Use scanning tools to digitize physical documents for data entry Utilize exceptional typing skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry. Requirements Proficiency in 10 Key Skills for data entry and calculations Strong customer service skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers Prior experience in data entry roles, preferably in the healthcare industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and reporting Organizational skills for managing and organizing files effectively Ability to perform calculations accurately for billing and coding purposes Experience in scanning documents and maintaining digital records Typing speed and accuracy to ensure quick and correct data entry Knowledge of healthcare industry, hospitals, and social assistance is preferable Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
