We are looking for someone experienced in making traditional Chinese Xiao Long Bao by hand. The ideal candidate should know how to:
Make and roll dumpling wrappers
Wrap soup dumplings with thin skin and juicy filling
Maintain quality, speed, and consistency
Follow kitchen hygiene and prep standards
