We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims from inception to settlement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Coordinate medical treatment and monitor client progress
Request and review medical records, bills, and police reports
Draft demand letters and assist attorneys in negotiating settlements
Maintain organized case files and documentation using case management software
Provide exceptional client service and ensure timely follow-ups
Work closely with attorneys and legal assistants to prepare cases for litigation if necessary
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases in a law firm setting
Strong knowledge of Nevada personal injury laws and procedures
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
Bilingual (Spanish) is required
