Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a busy Contracting Company. The candidate will work closely with the office staff & assistant manager to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This is a Full-Time Position Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with Weekly Pay. Only serious applicants
Duties:
Answering Phone Calls
Scheduling Estimate/ Data Entry
Reviewing Contracts/Vendor Invoices
Emailing clients
Qualifications:
Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
Data Entry / Phone Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Basic Computer Programs
Construction/Contractor Experience a Plus
Bilingual a Plus (English/Spanish)
