Seeking a self-motivated and service-oriented person for a part-time Property Manager Position. Property Manager is responsible for administrative and light handyman duties.
Successful candidate can manage day to day administration of the property office and perform routine maintenance requests (painting, drywall light plumbing).
The Property Manager resides on the property and is primarily responsible for the overall operation of the property which includes daily interactions with tenants and prospective tenants. Property Manager is also responsible for management of the facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or more years prior housing property management experience as a Property Manager
Second Language Skill a plus
Certifications or Licenses:
Fair Housing Laws training, can be completed within 1 month of employment.
