Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate leader to work 5 days a week as the store manager. We are seeking someone who is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a small team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Set sales goals and targets for the store and motivate the team to achieve them ensuring that all team members are delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist with social media by creating posts to keep our customers engaged
- Ensure that the store is properly stocked with merchandise and that pricing is accurate
- Train new hires and develop employees to provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen eye for fashion and trends, with a passion for styling and merchandising
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
