The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is undertaking a multi-year comprehensive transformation of its systems, environment, and business structure. DMV is emphasizing a complete overhaul of service offerings. Centered around an online strategy wherever possible, this customer-focused model will be the "North Star" for all efforts. Implementation of the new solution is underway, and we are working with Salesforce, MuleSoft, .NET, Amazon Web Services and Slalom, on a multi-year effort to move into a cloud-based architecture providing incremental release of functionality. The incumbent will perform senior level duties and may serve as a lead worker to lower-level IT staff as assigned; will be required to support existing applications and be involved in creating new projects individually or in a team environment. The size and scope of projects will range from small to large and complex depending on the system requirements. Experience with MuleSoft and the AnyPoint platform. Experience with .NET (.NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 5+) in C#. Furthermore, the position with develop new APIs and enhance existing APIs in C#.NET. Expected work output includes: Develop, monitor and manage MuleSoft integration solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability; Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to MuleSoft integrations; Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues; Support monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues; Support regular maintenance activities, such as patching and upgrades, to ensure the stability and security of the systems; Develop C# applications in .NET 8 and future releases; Develop applications in both .NET and MuleSoft that leverage AWS technologies, such as Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Batch, EC2; Document processes and procedures related to operational support and maintenance; Experience in operational support of MuleSoft or similar integration platforms; Experience with DevOps practices and tools; Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and its components.
