Incumbents identify and decide how to resolve problems themselves or through appropriate referral; use utilities to check for network connectivity; and establish user rights.Answer all incoming phone calls. Run batch ops job(s) and troubleshoot issues including nightly batch operations. Work and dispatch incoming tickets to the correct parties. All things related to inventory including data entry into asset management system. Remote desktop troubleshooting for software issues and diagnosing hardware issues. Resolve users' PC issues such as operating systems, configuration issues, software, patches, windows updates, files, file directories and document any findings or solutions. New/ transferring/ exiting user accounts across systems including syncing sids, permissions, and attribute editing. Inventory, unboxing, tagging/barcoding, and preparing for delivery to end users, PDR requests, assist in creating PO's including all IT purchasing quotes and coordinating with fiscal. Adding users to printers. Regularly create or update documentation for systems, jobs, programs. Setup or assist with requested video conference meetings. Monitor technology systems and report issues to the technical lead and supervisor. Train and provide documentation to Taxation employees to further their understanding with our technology systems. This position has a 25% travel requirement.
