We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Specifications Manager - Roofing to help grow Sika's presence in the New Zealand roofing market.Identify and develop new roofing specification opportunities across New Zealand.Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, engineers, developers, and key decision makers.Promote and secure specifications for Sika roofing systems on major projects.Engage early in project design phases to maximise specification opportunities.Work collaboratively with sales teams to convert specifications into profitable sales.Maintain and grow a robust project pipeline through Salesforce.Provide technical advice and product information to specifiers and influencers.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.Represent Sika at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions.Support the ongoing development of roofing solutions by identifying market needs and customer requirements.
