Reporting into the Associate Director of Human Resources, the People & Performance Analytics and Compliance Manager develops and maintains HR performance metrics that assist the People & Performance team and our Colliers Leaders to make informed, data based decisions.  This role requires a data driven skillset which includes the ability to utilise data across a variety of systems and bringing it together to provide insightful information. The role will also work closely with HR Coordinators to ensure that our HRIS system data is accurate at all times. The role will also have influence across the design and use of the HRIS system as it continues to develop as the organisation grows.  You will act as the main point of contact for all HR reporting requests and anticipate customer needs based on market and trends as well as process, policy and strategic reviews. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver the annual renumeration review. External reports may include the WGEA reporting, assisting with remuneration review benchmarking and our engagement surveys as examples.  This role will also ensure our business is compliant on all HR operations. This will include regular reporting and working with the People & Performance team and leaders to ensure consequence management frameworks are followed.   In this role you will: Lead the annual salary review. Providing REM/benchmarking data to the business to aid in conversations with clients.Creating and maintaining people dashboards across key metrics for HRBPs and Careers to inform business conversations/hiring decisions.Generate and maintain reporting on an adhoc, monthly or quarterly basis for people data.Support with WGEA reporting, pay review cycle, pay compliance audits and other Government reporting requirements.
