The Front Office team are the first smile our guests encounter. In this role you will:Lead the Front Office team with care, confidence, and strong leadership.Empower, build, and develop a high service-focused team to deliver memorable guest experiences.Ensure brand service standards are upheld, guest needs are met & profitability maximised.Drive a strong loyalty culture across the hotel, focusing on recognition, rewards & recruitment for our loyalty programFocusing on team development to ensure our team are continuously learning and broadening their skillsManagement of the day-to-day operations of the Concierge & Front Office teams.Maintain strong control over guest ledgers; monitor & understand guest accounts, ensure accurate billing & prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
