Reporting & Operational SupportIn this role, you'll help support the fulfilment network by maintaining reporting, tracking operational performance, and providing administrative support to key business initiatives.You’ll:Prepare and distribute regular operational reports and dashboardsAssist with monitoring key performance metrics and identifying trendsSupport the collection and maintenance of operational dataHelp ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and relevant to stakeholdersProvide administrative support for operational and financial reporting activitiesAssist with maintaining records relating to fleet, vendor, and operational performanceStakeholder SupportYou'll work closely with a range of teams across the business, providing coordination and operational support to help keep things running smoothly.This includes working with:Distribution Centre teamsStore Operations and Store ManagersMerchandise and Buying teamsFinance, HR, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement teamsExternal suppliers and service providersStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach will help you build positive working relationships across the business.Operational Coordination & Continuous ImprovementSupport operational projects and network improvement initiativesAssist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentationHelp identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of workingProvide coordination and administrative support for continuous improvement activitiesTraining & Administration SupportCoordinate onboarding and operational training activitiesMaintain training and compliance recordsSupport the administration of capability-building programmes across the network
