Lead Individual Projects: Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using AGILE methodologies.
High-Performance Software Development: Design and deliver scalable, highly available, concurrent, and fault-tolerant software systems.
Collaboration: Work effectively with team members across multiple offices and countries to achieve shared goals.
Software Engineering Practices: Apply industry-standard software engineering practices, ensuring code quality through thorough code reviews, testing (unit, regression, and user acceptance), and dev ops.
Innovative Problem Solving: Design creative solutions for complex problems, identifying issues and overcoming roadblocks.
Support & Maintenance: Provide level two production support, ensuring system resilience and stability.
You will need to have:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience in Java programming.
Expertise in Microservices architecture and development.
Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Proficient in SQL.
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization.
Strong understanding of REST API development.
Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Ability to make independent judgments and solve complex problems.
