Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst/AV Specialist to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving various end-user issues, setting up new user desks, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role also requires collaboration with different teams to ensure the company's computing and network environment operates efficiently.Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, printers, servers, networks, and applications for both onsite and remote users. Set up desks for new hires and prepare devices for legal hold as required. Maintain positive relationships with all customers and offer necessary training. Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to computer systems, including the installation of replacement screens, hard drives, and RAM. Collaborate with Telecom, LAN, and Network technicians and administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s desktop computing and network environment. Document IT-related procedures and processes to enhance the team's overall knowledge. Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors and respond promptly to incoming calls or emails regarding end-user hardware or software problems. Document all actions related to calls or projects in the Incident Management platform. Assist in maintaining an inventory of all End User related hardware and handle all equipment and tools properly, storing them as required upon completion of work. Provide support for conference room A/V equipment, including projectors, TVs, wireless presentation devices, and assist with A/V support for large audience events.
