NSF certification mapping: review Quality systems in the gummies pilot plant and requirements/preparation for the NSF certification
creation and review of model HACCP for diferent formats; integration of the digital haccp tool
Chemical contaminants risk assessment and digital tools.
Experience - (preferred)
