Description We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be a part of our team, based in Bridgewateter, New Jersey. The role is an integral part of the recruitment process, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to a busy recruitment team and assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.Responsibilities: Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with Senior HR Management. Manage job advertisements, including posting and response handling. Conduct initial resume screenings and manage the early stages of the interview process. Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and hiring discussions. Ensure HRIS system records are maintained accurately. Deliver regular updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the application process. Use your skills in HR Compliance, Interviewing, Internal Reporting, Onboarding and Recruiting for a seamless recruitment process. Handle Scheduling Appointments and Calendar Management efficiently.
