CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client, a well-established organization with offices nationally is expanding and hiring for their Princeton, NJ area offices. They are looking for their next Accounting Analyst to join their team!
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$30 – $35/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Accounting Analyst will work closely with the Assistant Controller and SVP of Finance to support the department. The Accounting Analyst will assist with direct charge/allocation of expenses to departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
Assisting with the monthly reconciliation process
Suppler data clean up assistance
Tax related activities (1099, B notices, etc.) research
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
1 to 3 years of hands on accounting experience
Proficiency in Excel – pivot tables & macros
Prior exposure to NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or a larger ERP system
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a team setting
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required
