CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client, a large and rapidly growing organization in the retail and business solutions space, is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This company is seeking an experienced professional who can work effectively both as part of a team and independently. Experience of at least 2 - 4 years is a plus.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$27/hr - $28/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Applicants for the Accounts Receivable Specialist role must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience with high-volume accounts receivable (A/R) is a must, with a strong emphasis on chargebacks and resolving discrepancies. Customer service and client-facing experience are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices.
A/R vendor and client communication/management.
Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors.
Updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the general ledger.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Accounts receivable and Chargeback analysis experience.
Well-versed and comfortable in client-facing/vendor relations.
Strong Excel skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of an Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience is required.
