CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is in the automotive parts distribution industry. They’re looking for an experienced Billing Clerk to join their team. This organization is expanding and targeting an experienced individual who can thrive in a team atmosphere just as much as they can work independently.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$21/hr - $22/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Billing Clerk will be creating invoices, working with vendors, and coordinating the processing within the Accounting and Finance team. Billing, accounting, and financial data entry experience is a huge plus. Knowledge of accounts payable is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILLING CLERK:
Create contract billing for clients.
Compiling necessary paperwork including waivers.
Respond to customer and employee inquiries promptly.
Update the vendor master file with contact information.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE BILLING CLERK:
3 - 5 years of experience in Billing and Administrative tasks is required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
