The Credit Analysts will have assistance and guidance from executive management, including one-on-one reviews, with emphasis on skill development and advancement. Extensive, accelerated, on-the-job training includes working with the credit, collections and executive departments to learn about the industry and our specific company ideology.
The Credit Analysts will work with professional vendors as well as individual customers to make lending decisions based on a combination of credit references, financial information and phone-based interactions.
