-Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
-Write up repair orders and explain recommended services clearly and professionally.
-Sell automotive repairs and maintenance services with confidence.
-Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service.
-Handle scheduling, follow-ups. and maintain strong customer relationships.
What We're Looking for:
-1+ year experience in an automotive service advisor or assistant manger role (required)
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Ability to sell repairs and explain services in a way customer can trust.
-Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy shop environment.
-Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential .
