What you'll be doing:
This role is diverse and impactful, touching many aspects of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer requests with a friendly and efficient approach.
Organizing dispatch routes to ensure seamless operations.
Assisting with light social media tasks to keep our online presence vibrant.
Being a problem-solver, ready to "put out a few fires" as they arise.
Occasionally running errands to support the team.
Organizing marketing literature and ensuring materials are always ready.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role designed for flexibility and productivity. While some work will be performed in our office, a portion of your tasks can be completed remotely, provided you have a dedicated home space that fosters a growth mindset and allows for focused work.
