What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fine dining service
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and tableside techniques
A warm, professional demeanor that builds lasting guest relationships
Proven ability to upsell and personalize the dining experience
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure
Familiarity with POS systems and floor operations
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
