Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations of the pizzeria, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage schedules, inventory, food ordering & payroll to optimize restaurant efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
Spanish speaking
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be proficient in all kitchen stations & be able to step in/help if necessary.
On & off-premises catering experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for Italian cuisine and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
