We are looking for a handyman carpenter mechanic.
```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical knowledge,
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in using a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, and maintenance history

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
