Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM -1:00PM
Location: Community-Based Support
Job Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities
Provide support and encouragement to individuals with developmental disabilities
Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and community outings
Foster independence and help clients achieve personal goals
Ensure a safe and positive environment
Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, but not required)
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
