Responsibilities:
-Answering calls and professionally managing client inquiries
-Responding to emails and maintaining strong client communication
-Managing CRM system (Zoho) to track leads, client details, and referrals
-Assisting with marketing efforts, including outreach for new client referrals
-Providing general administrative support and contributing to ongoing improvements
Requirements:
-Proficient or knowledgeable in CRM systems, specifically Zoho
-Experience answering calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
-Background in marketing, particularly in a counseling or wellness setting
-Creative, organized, and comfortable using the latest technology
