Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties.
Duties:
- Install HVAC systems following blueprints and manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installations and repairs
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC/R systems maintenance and repair
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding building plans
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair boilers, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Certification as an HVAC Service Technician or Mechanic is a plus
MUST have own hand tools, we provide the other necessary tools.
MUST have a Valid Driver's License. Technicians are provided a van.
