We are looking for a highly motivated general technician skilled or experienced in the field. However, we are also open to training the right individual for the position. The ideal candidate will deliver a wide range of maintenance and handy work services for residential and commercial properties.
The technician must travel in a company van to service appointments between New York and New Jersey. Work hours can range from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm, 6 days a week, with Sundays off. There is potential for 2 days off if services are completed ahead of schedule. Please Note The daily meeting point will be at Millstone NJ.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with equipment or systems.
Installing new equipment.
Performing general maintenance and repairs.
Conducting renovations and remodeling projects.
Completing drywall installation and painting.
Remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.
Carrying out concrete work and flooring installations.
Performing roof repairs and maintenance.
Completing other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Valid driver's license
ITIN or social security number
Willingness to learn and be trained
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
