Looking for your next step in manufacturing leadership? Quantum Fulfillment Services is hiring a Shift Leader to guide our book production team. This hands-on role combines team leadership, problem-solving, and mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate a team of 10+ employees across production stations
Keep shifts running smoothly while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
Coach and train employees while supporting their growth
Troubleshoot equipment and keep production goals on track

What We’re Looking For
3+ years leading teams in manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with equipment
Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Bonus: Lean Six Sigma, bilingual English/Spanish
