Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Middlesex County

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Excluding the on-call schedule)

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing support to team members. After the training period, you will be expected to work independently and at times collaboratively, with access to guidance and support from management as needed

Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Handling incoming calls and emails, and managing communication.

Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.

Recording and updating documents and other necessary paperwork.

Performing general office duties such as errands and office maintenance.

Providing support in document creation, formatting, and database administration.

Develop and manage precise spreadsheets.

Required participation in on-call rotation.

Keeping common areas tidy and well-organized.

Requirements:

High school diploma or associate’s degree.

Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skilled in using computer software.

Friendly, warm personality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work well independently and take initiative.

Valid driver’s license.
