Our client, a commercial cleaning services company located in Bridgewater is seeking a Legal Assistant for a potential temporary to permanent role.
Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
Provide general administrative assistance (such as maintaining the attorney's calendar and making travel arrangements) and enhance office effectiveness.
Organize and maintain all legal files and documents (paper and electronic form)
Assist with the preparation of legal correspondence and documents.
Manage attorney calendar.
Maintain contact lists.
Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
Min. 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant (preferably at the same firm)
Attention to detail-oriented and highly organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
